Ceramic Exhibition: Mu Muan Suan Phueng

Chulalongkorn University’s Office of Art and Culture, in collaboration with the Royal Society of Thailand (Academy of Arts) and the SUPPORT Foundation of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand, cordially invites you to a Ceramic Exhibition from the Royal Society of Thailand Outreach Projects: “Development of Silpacheep’s ceramic design, Silpacheep’s members, Suan Phueng, Ratchaburi Province” – Mu Muan Suan Phueng

Professor Sukumarl Sarakasetrin, Fellow of the Royal Society (Academy of Arts), supervised and developed the design prototypes.

This exhibition showcases ceramic works by 32 members of Silpacheep from Suan Phueng, Ratchaburi Province.

Featured techniques include Sgraffio (incising colored slip), Mochaware (mocha tea patterning), and Marbling (stone-like clay blending).

Exhibition period: June 27 – July 25, 2025
